About Us
Paradigm Building Group was founded by the owner and general contractor, Tim Winter. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA and a graduate of Penn State, Tim discovered his love for the building industry at a young age. At 18, Tim was already rehabilitating run down homes and reselling them in the Pittsburgh area. After receiving a degree in Business, he moved to Virginia and trained with one of the area's largest and most reputable builders, where he has been recognized with several awards for his success in home building and customer service. In 2006, Tim accomplished one of his life goals by building his own home for his family in Fairfax, VA and would love to do the same for you!
